In this issue esse continues the discussion introduced in the previous number on the themes of walking and displacement as well as on the different practices related to them. This reflective axis bears on notions that extend beyond walking itself and reach towards symbolic, metaphorical, and psychological sites in an effort to discuss both the human condition and the rituals or developmental procedures that may hold the stakes in the resulting creative work.
